LEQUSOS is an initiative of the Catalan meat industry, led by EMBOTITS SALGOT, S.A., aimed at developing an intelligent decision-making tool for thermal processing. This tool allows predicting:

At VALIDATECH, we were responsible for implementing the IoT monitoring system that records key thermal data in real time during the cooking process.
Our technology has enabled:
Continuous and precise temperature monitoring using smart sensors.
Optimization of thermal parameters (time and temperature), reducing energy consumption without compromising food safety.
Thanks to our IoT solution, the LEQUSOS project has achieved significant progress in energy efficiency and the sustainability of thermal processes within the meat industry. This development has set a new technological standard in the sector, demonstrating how digitalization can enhance industrial competitiveness.

Optimization of cooking processes for pots, immersion pools, ovens, autoclaves ... (Saving time, economic and energy - quality - production) - They could be icons of saving time, economic, quality and prod.).
Real-time deep learning data, more batch data, more microbiological studies, more lethality calculations. Validation of each of the manufacturing batches. System self-learning with assigned variables and setpoints. Obtaining preventive maintenance and therefore, automatic decision-making process on manufacturing batches. (Time, economic and energy saving - Quality - Production) - Same as above.
Validated and auditable system that meets IFS and BRC specifications, and FDA / IFTPS-based data encryption, security, and validity are obtained - Relevant information for auditors. Intelligent Inter / Intra system, comparison of the products produced, equipment involved, optimized and validated data, with self-learning of the cooking + cooling cycles and obtaining a master plan for validation and certification of each of the batches produced.
